THE STORY
BEHIND EVERY BEER

We do hold a special regard for anything that ensures safer roads and elevates the strength of beer. Cheers to that!

Our first year

THE STORY

Our first year in business here in Moscow Idaho, Countrymens’ Bier Hall is excited to welcome you to a place where we celebrate the good things in life! The Bavarian virtue of hearth and hospitality developed east of Rhine nestled in the burgeoning neo-americana culture exhibited in Moscow, ID. Countrymens aspires to cultivate both inside our Bier Hall.

As you enter downtown for lunch or an evening out, we are excited to greet you from our new home on third street with a refreshing selection of our 18 regional craft brews paired with any of our Bavarian inspired dishes. Here in the Hall, enjoy your pints pitchers and steins while singing our table songs with your friends and family.

Downtown

MOSCOW, ID

Indulge in our traditional European folk songs, country western folk music and join us for an Open Mic/Open Jam every Thursday night. Enjoy the local art displays, a meal around the fireplace room and live entertainment regularly on Fridays & Saturdays! Don’t be shy, beer halls are where locals go to meet new friends, shout table songs at the crew next you and dance the night away. Hall tables don’t have individualized seats, we have communal benches: you share your experience with all of those at the table; strangers soon become friends.

ATMOSPHERE

Step into Countrymen’s Bierhall and you’ll get that classic Bavarian beer hall energy – big tables, shared benches, loud laughs, and the kind of place where a “quick drink” turns into “how is it already closing time?” Enjoy traditional European folk songs, country western favorites, and a room that actually feels warm and lived-in – especially around the fireplace. Check out the local art displays, grab a solid meal, and settle in with friends (or the strangers who won’t be strangers for long).

We host an Open Mic/Open Jam every Thursday, and you’ll find live entertainment regularly on Fridays & Saturdays. Don’t be shy! Bierhalls are made for meeting people, singing along, shouting table songs with the crew next to you, and soaking up the atmosphere. No assigned seats here—just communal tables, good music, and a night that usually ends with “okay, one more.”
